Corsair takes hold of her new game mouse
Replaceable panels, dazzled by DPI, light and adjustability - greet Corsair Glaive RGB.

The PC equipment manufacturer Corsair is no newcomer to the game music market and has now expanded the selection with a new model: Corsair Glaive RGB.

Musa is designed for right-handed and comes with three different panels for the thumb side. A magnetic mount will make it easy to switch between the three thumb grips, so you should be able to quickly identify which one suits you best.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of this opportunity to vary the shape of the mouse at uneven intervals.

But the form of computer mouse is of course not all that matters. There should also be some good hardware inside, and in its Glaive RGB, Corsair has embedded an optical sensor that will be able to track the substrate with a resolution of 16,000 DPI.

The sensitivity should be set to anywhere between 100 and 16,000 DPI in increments of only one DPI. Five such DPI settings can be stored and exchanged with a small button press. All settings are also stored locally on the mouse itself, so you do not need to fix software and such when you first set it up as you like.

The software should otherwise have its own calibration function that helps match the optical sensor with different substrates.

With lights and lights

The letters RGB in the name should make it more than just resolution that can be set with this. Light in different shapes and colors has almost become standard for gaming products over the past couple of years, and Corsair has made no exception to Glaive.

Here you have the option to choose your own colors, profiles or synchronize the entire color scheme to a brilliantly bright Corsair keyboard.

Of other technical details, we use the left and right mouse buttons to have Omron switches that will have a life span of around 50 million clicks and that the mouse has a refresh rate of 1000 Hz or 1 millisecond over USB - which will mean minimal delays.

All six mouse buttons are programmable, and all such settings can be customized with different layouts for different games.

Corsair Glaive RGB has already appeared in online stores, then in the versions Black and Aluminum. More information can be found on the product's website.
